MR. RANDOLPH (RANDY) OBENG-FRIMPONG

(MSc. Accounting) is the Managing Director of the company. He has over 18 years of public accounting experience. This includes Core Assurance (External Audit) at Price Water house Coopers LLP, Baltimore Maryland and Business Risk/ Advisory service (Accounting and Internal Controls) Practices with Ernst & Young LLP, McLean Virginia.

He managed the office of HSSE at SOFT to attain a Professional Certification in the Shell Oil Product- Africa (SOPAF) “7 pillar” road transporter assessment in 2010, 2013 and 2015. Randy is also a certified Hazard and Effect Management Practitioner and a certified Heavy Goods Defensive Driver Trainer (Certificate from the Vivo Energy S&D HSSE Manager).

MRS. MAVIS OBENG-KUMI

(MSc. Logistics and Supply Chain) is a Director and responsible for Finance and Operations. She has over 12 years of experience working with SOFT in the office of Finance and Operations.

Her duties encompass the efficient utilization of company resources and administration. Mavis is a Shellcertified”Permit-toWork” signatory(a safety requirement for non- routine procedures),an accredited gas tester, a certified journey planner, a certified Heavy Goods Defensive Driver Trainer (Certificate from the Vivo Energy S&D HSSE Manager) and a certified first aider.

MR. BENJAMIN SOWAH АКО

(BSC Accounting) is the Operations and Driver Management Supervisor. He has over 6 years of experience working in the transportation industry. His duties include ensuring client’s expectations and needs are met, He is also responsible for ensuring only trained defensive drivers are used for SOFT’s operations. He is a Shell certified heavy goods driver trainer, he is also a certified journey planner as well as an accredited “Permit to work holder” signatory.

MR. DAVID OWIREDU AMPEY

(MBA Political Science) is the Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality (HSSEQ) Supervisor. He has over 8 years of HSSEQ experience working in the transportation industry. Among his expertise includes, Certified Permit Signatory, Certified Gas Tester, Hazard and Effect Management Process (HEMP as known as Risk Management) Practitioner, Certified Journey Planner, Certified First Aider and Fight Fighter.

He also has vast knowledge in Incident Investigation (Tripod Beta), Emergency Response Planning and Fatigue Management.

MR. JOSEPH AMLALO-TEТТЕН

(MBA. Human Resource Management). Is the Human Resource Supervisor. He has a certificate in Counselling and Coaching. He has worked as administrator and leadership personnel for over eight years. He is also a trained in Fatigue Management personnel.

MR. KELLY CUDJOE EDEM SOMAHLE

(BA Logistics and Supply Chain Management). He is a supervisor for Journey Managment and a trained journey planner, Hazard and Effect Management Process (HEMP) Practitioner, a First Aider, Fire Fighter and Driver Trainer who has worked in the transport industry for over eight years.

He is currently pursuing a master in project management and has vast knowledge in customer service and relations.
