All staff undergo a competency assurance process that ensures all staff have the right skill level to undertake their assigned roles. During this assurance process, all captured weakness areas are developed into training needs and effective trainings are given. Drivers also undergo coaching and mentoring to further develop their behavioural traits as they drive to achieve goal zero.
